Position Overview:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Float Pool at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care across various medical units. This position involves working a .9 FTE schedule on day shifts, including three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends.

About the Float Pool:
The Float Pool is a collaborative team of caregivers dedicated to providing exceptional patient and family-centered care. Our CNAs support multiple units, including Medical, Cardiology, Surgical, Orthopedics, Neurovascular, Oncology, and Clinical Decision Unit, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Training and Development:
New hires will undergo a comprehensive orientation program tailored to their experience, which includes:
1. Hands-on training on the floor.
2. Support roles at the Nursing station.
3. Opportunities for cross-training in specialized areas such as Behavioral Health and Emergency Department.

Qualifications:
