About the Float Pool

The Float Pool at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is a collaborative environment where caregivers work across multiple units, including Medical, Cardiology, Surgical, and more. This role offers unique opportunities to gain experience in diverse clinical areas, enhancing your professional development.

Orientation and Training

New hires will receive extensive orientation tailored to their prior experience, which includes:

  • Hands-on training on the floor
  • Support roles at the Nursing station
  • Preparation for various patient care scenarios

Required Qualifications
