Remote, Oregon, United States FreshRealm Full time

Starting pay for this position is $174,500.00/annually + bonus opportunity

FreshRealm is currently in a high-growth state, and our culture of ACTIONS drives our team members forward to maximize their potential. We are a team of hardworking, passionate leaders who persevere through challenges, collaborate with one another to problem solve and achieve desired outcomes, and work to bring out the best in our employees as we service our customers. At FreshRealm, we welcome individuals from all backgrounds and abilities to apply and make employment decisions based on merit.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

This person will play a pivotal role in driving FreshRealm's revenue growth, working collaboratively with every function in the organization to evaluate incoming business (via business development, corporate development, and/or sales) and to proactively recommend opportunities for the company to achieve its core financial targets.

This role will be working cross-functionally to pull together the holistic, system-wide evaluation of operational and economic feasibility, and making structured recommendations accordingly.

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the ROI of each new revenue stream and making critical go-no-go recommendations to the organization. Additionally, you will be expected to identify opportunities where growth would materially improve company operational performance and financial metrics in any/all financial statement geographies. These opportunities will be critical to setting the strategic roadmaps for both the corporate and business development teams.

To be successful in this role, you must be intensely curious, highly analytical, and detail-oriented, able to evaluate disparate but connected data and develop a cohesive thesis for your recommendation. You should be operationally-oriented with financial fluency, and have experience and comfort pulling back to see the bigger strategic picture, then diving into details to build expertise and credibility, and develop actionable insights.

Finally, your exposure will be at all levels of the company, primarily with the leadership team but also with SEM's in every organization. You are expected to dive deep and find the data you need. Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - are essential, to get what you need, drive results, and build credibility with the teams in a collaborative, constructive, and energizing way.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In addition to the above, responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing structured, scalable, and repeatable processes for evaluating opportunities without becoming a bottleneck; ensuring adherence to these processes cross-functionally when necessary; and implementing these to drive results
  • Building and running detailed analyses to provide data-informed recommendations around go-no-go decisions and insights into points of potential risk, areas of negotiation
  • Developing a strategic roadmap for achieving FreshRealm's economic value drivers in areas related to revenue readiness, enablement, and growth, and building consensus around the roadmap with functional teams
  • Creating reporting dashboards to measure and evaluate outcomes
  • Building robust, accurate, and useable financial and operational models
  • Driving cross-functional processes to "ready" the organization for incoming revenue streams, including acquisitions, new customers, new capabilities, core customer growth, etc.
  • Advocating for recommendations with team and company leadership to ensure alignment and effective implementation

You will be expected to ramp up quickly, building credibility with multiple functions and stakeholders across the organization - from operations to supply chain and planning to sales to finance.
