Evisort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead our strategic marketing efforts and drive revenue growth and market expansion. Reporting to the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's pipeline growth and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies from digital to high touch ABM, customer marketing, partner marketing and more. You will establish and implement scalable growth initiatives and will build and manage a team of high performing marketers and BDRs. The successful candidate will be able to collaborate across all lines of business and is a highly effective communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention aligned with business goals. Continuously evaluate, refine, and test new strategies to optimize performance, pipeline, and ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing revenue generation team including digital, ABM, Business Development, marketing operations, and more.
  • Programmatic Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns across ABM, digital, offline, and event channels. Employ a data-driven approach to effectively target key accounts, personas, and segments with the right messaging, in the right place at the right time.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Drive the creation and execution of lead generation programs to attract, engage, and convert prospects into qualified leads and opportunities. Develop lead nurturing strategies to accelerate prospects through the sales funnel in partnership with the sales organization.
  • Marketing Technology and Operations: Oversee the continued implementation and optimization of the marketing technology stack including Marketo and 6Sense to support demand generation efforts. Working with your marketing operations lead, ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaign performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, product, and other stakeholders to align demand generation efforts with overall go-to-market strategy. Act as a strategic partner to the CMO and CSO, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact of pipeline generation and funnel optimization efforts.
  • ● Deliver consistent reporting and in-depth analysis to stakeholders, collaborating closely with revenue operations to uncover actionable insights and areas for enhancement.
  • ● Define a comprehensive strategy, set objectives, and establish measurable goals, metrics, and KPIs for the Business Development Representative (BDR) team. Provide continuous coaching and support to drive their success.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage the demand generation budget, allocating resources to high-impact initiatives and optimizing spending to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on growth marketing, demand generation, and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully scaling marketing programs in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven environment.
  • Data-driven with the ability to tell stories and make strategic recommendations based on deep understanding and analysis.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and lead a team of highly skilled marketers
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) or Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a passion for innovation and a relentless drive for achieving results.
