We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in Henderson, NV to lead and work on various roadway construction (local streets and interstates), utilities construction, water/wastewater construction, other public works construction for cities/counties in Las Vegas & Henderson, NV.

How will you contribute to the team?
Acts as owner's representative for construction projects. Administers construction contracts, including verifying compliance with plans and specifications, certifying contractor payment applications, and negotiating change orders. Provides technical review of material submittals, shop drawings, and as-built documents. Conducts project meetings, including preparing agenda and tracking assigned actions. Schedules and coordinates observation of ongoing work and testing and sampling of materials. Assigns, leads, supervises, and trains internal staff engaged in observation and testing and in related recordkeeping. Monitors contractors' progress against schedule and prepares progress reports. Oversees compilation of project closeout documents. Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field and seven years of related experience, including personnel supervision. With associate degree, fifteen years of related experience is required. Without a degree, seventeen years of related experience is required. P.E. license required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. Leadership and managerial skills. Analytical and organizational skills. Ability to supervise field representatives and field office personnel.
