Human Resources Business Partner

Expert in their discipline (HR or commensurate experience inclusive of operations experience) Accountable for leading and implementing the human capital strategy in our business units. Responsible for leading and coaching manager and above teammates up to executive's leaders within the company. Responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to our organization. You will work closely with department leaders (manager+) and teammates to ensure effective HR solutions and initiatives that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication, operational experience and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong relationships. A proven track record of success of coaching manager and above teammates up to the executives within the company

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sets objectives and expectations for self and business partners (and drives accountability for results)Creates and maintains a management process for progressing work activitiesIdentifies and works towards key priorities through executing our human capital strategy.Develop and implement retention strategies to impact patient careDevelops self and othersServe as a trusted advisor/coach to leaders, providing guidance on HR initiatives and partnering with them to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and address employee development needs, including training, coaching, and performance management.Collaborates with leaders to identify critical roles and develops succession plans for key positionsIdentify high potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for the future leadership roles.Monitor and tracks progress of key talent actions within the businessStrategic ThinkingConduct regular HR data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, and develop appropriate action plans.Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and practices.Translates broader goals and objectives into measurable deliverable and achieving resultsMaintains a broad, strategic perspective while identifying and focusing on crucial detailsLead the Davita WayBuild and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Drives accountability with their partners in the Village on how to Lead the DaVita Way as appropriate for their rolesAccountable to employee engagement scores with clear action plan to drive resultsDrive ChangeCollaborate with leader to define the need for change and identify the desired outcomesDevelop change management plans including communication strategies , training programs and stakeholder engagement plansDevelop and implement communication plans to effectively communicate the change to all teammatesInfluence and communicationUse strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to influence decision making and gain buy in from stake holdersPresent data, insights and recommendation to be influential in supporting the why behind initiativesBuild commitment with stakeholders to create a shared vision and drive organizational changeWe are looking for a candidate that has demonstrated success in the following areas:Previous experience leading multi site Human Capital StrategyExperience coaching leaders ( manager and above)Experience identifying and committed to driving Key Performance IndicatorsBachelor's degree required, MBA preferredAvailable for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight)Philosophies that align with our core valuesDemonstrated understanding of what makes the businesses successful, and able to deliver on thisAnd, a little bit of competitive spirit never hurtsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required):Bachelor's degree preferredMaster's degree preferredHuman Resources certification (PHR or SPHR) preferredCurrent driver's license in state of residence and insurable driving record requiredMinimum of 5 years' hands-on human resources experience as a human resource business partnerMinimum of 3 years' experience as human resources manager strongly preferred; experience in large company preferred.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook requiredJoin us as we pursue our vision "To Build the Greatest Healthcare Community the World has Ever Seen."
