  • Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):
  • Provide HR support to corporate functions in Atlanta and global offices in Amsterdam and Dublin.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate annual Talent Review process and employee engagement efforts.
  • Manage performance evaluation, salary reviews, and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Handle employee relations issues, counsel employees and managers, and assist in projects and initiatives.
  • Establish credibility with stakeholders, work independently, and drive results through effective influencing skills.
  • Assist the Vice President Human Resources and CRH Americas HR team with various tasks.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience with SPHR/PHR/SHRM Certification desired.
  • Proven track record in talent management, project management, and change leadership.
  • Must possess excellent communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
