Job Description

ATS Industrial Automation is looking for an Executive Assistant for their President.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage calendar, organize meetings, and prepare minutes
  • Organize travel, prepare and check travel expenses
  • Support internal and external communication (including presentations/translations)
  • Prepare presentations for the President of Industrial Automation
  • Follow up on action items/timelines
  • Taking over projects and special tasks
  • Support Organization Development
  • Organize and support events
  • Help to maintain email inbox for the President
  • Support Senior Leadership Team
