Store Manager Responsibilities:
As the Store Manager, your main goal is to foster a customer-centric sales culture, ensuring that our values and principles guide all store operations. This includes overseeing sales, protecting assets, and managing human resources to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize profits.We are passionate about our work, and we truly believe that joining our team makes for an incredible environment to work, learn, and develop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to make informed business decisions and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Set clear expectations for the store team, holding everyone accountable for meeting brand and performance standards.
  • Manage payroll and supply budgets efficiently.
  • Supervise operational activities such as scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and policies, conduct training to maintain proper controls.
  • Oversee all aspects of inventory management, including replenishment and inventory preparation.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop store management on business strategies to drive performance.
  • Coach the team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams by fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide a seamless customer experience by upholding service standards and resolving issues promptly.
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent, focusing on ongoing talent development.
  • Recommend performance changes and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Resolve human resources issues effectively and drive employee engagement.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service track record.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of apparel products and store operations.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills.
  • Community outreach experience and involvement.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Frequent climbing.
