Job Description

Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, benefits enrollment, and employee engagement.Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.Oversee the benefits enrollment process and assist employees with benefits-related questions.Coordinate annual benefits renewal and open enrollment periods.Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Participate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) projects to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization.Lead the initiative to transition the organization to a paperless environment.Implement Paylocity for streamlined HR and payroll processes.Enhance and manage the internship program to provide valuable experiences for interns.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within a cultural institution or similar environment.Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.Experience with HR software and systems, preferably Paylocity.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
