Key Responsibilities

The Head of Americas HR Advisory will be a key contact for local management, managing Regional HR Business Partners and working closely with the HR Centres of Excellence and the global HR team. This role will partner with senior regional management and stakeholders to drive the delivery of the people strategy, implement change, and transformation of the business through people-focused initiatives.

The role will support the delivery of the people strategy, provide guidance and manage the regional HR Advisory function, and ensure that the regional HR Advisory function works proactively with assigned client groups in the implementation of the strategic HR plan.

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR, with a proven track record in managing HR operations, change management, and building strong relationships at all levels within the organization. The candidate will have good commercial acumen, understand the influence and contribution of talent/leadership on business performance, and be a collaborative individual with previous experience in developing teams.

Experience and Competences

The successful candidate will have a strong operational and management ability, with experience in change management, ability to build strong relationships, and natural collaboration skills. They will also have persistence and determination, good commercial acumen, and be a collaborative individual with previous experience in developing teams.
