When you work as a Documentation Analyst at KCAS Bio, you get to further our mission by providing onsite administrative support related to data integrity.

This is a contract position that requires the candidate to be onsite 5 days per week. The contract is slated to last 4 months.

In this role, we will rely on you to:

  • Primarily scan records at a high, reliable quality along with filing (paper and electronic) and preparation of paper records for archiving
  • Communicate cross-functionally for required records
  • Scan records to appropriate quality requirements
  • Save scans to appropriate network location
  • Verify scans for accurateness
  • Clean MFP glass as needed
  • Prepare records (paper) for archiving
  • Maintain log of activities
  • Communicate intra-departmentally for assistance and tasks prioritization

To qualify specifically for this role, you will have:

  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong knowledge of scanning equipment
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft WORD, Excel, Outlook, and TEAMs
  • Basic proficiency with Adobe Acrobat (professional versions)
  • Understanding of data integrity
