Job Title: ERP-Epicor Analyst

Overview

The ERP-Epicor Analyst plays a critical role in driving business process improvements and efficiencies across various sites in the US. This position is responsible for identifying, implementing, and sustaining best-in-class manufacturing practices and technologies related to business analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement cutting-edge technological approaches and solutions utilizing broad knowledge, best practices, and benchmarking.
  2. Lead ERP projects and targeted process synergies throughout the US, ensuring seamless site upgrades, transitions, and integrations.
  3. Align processes and procedures across various TT Sites to ensure best practices throughout the business.
  4. Take ownership of data quality and integrity, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  5. Develop and document business processes and workflows, analyzing how the ERP and new tools can support those processes.
  6. Provide analytic support, including dashboard creation and management, basic descriptive and correlation analyses, visualization, and summarizations.
  7. Troubleshoot issues, find root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve them permanently.
  8. Maintain expert knowledge of analytic tools, including the ERP and Power BI.
  9. Analyze systems performance and outcomes to maintain and improve efficiency of analytic systems.
  10. Manage company data requests, ensuring consistent, correct, and safe transfer of information.
  11. Participate and contribute to various IT projects throughout the facility.

Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes

Core Competencies

  1. Extensive experience with Epicor software is required.
  2. Strong analytical ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces using creative thinking, analysis, and fact-based data collection.
  3. Adept at building trusting relationships while motivating/influencing others to adopt new best practices.
  4. Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, and knowledge of Key Performance Indicators that drive manufacturing results.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.

Qualifications and Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is required.
  2. Three to five years of relevant work experience is required.
  3. Experience working within an ISO or AS9100 Quality Management System is a plus.
