Job Description
Drive recruiting and employment activities to ensure timely placement of qualified associates for exempt, non-exempt, hourly, and temporary positionsDay-to-day associate relations including problem solving, counseling, coaching, fact-finding, etc.Administer and monitor worker's compensation, short-term disability, and FMLA claimsPerform investigations on any policy violation claimsProvide internal consulting services regarding the interpretation and application of HR policies and processes. Participate in developing best practices and implementing policies and processes as applicableManage hourly performance review processHelp to develop/support programs, policies, procedures, and controls regarding HR metricsReporting on HR metrics, headcount, and other various reporting requirementsEnsure compliance with employment laws.
