Essential Job Functions

  • Boost revenue by presenting all hotel features to current and potential clients.
  • Negotiate customer-friendly terms to meet requirements.
  • Oversee account management processes and documentations.
  • Collaborate with departments to enhance client service.
  • Maintain key account relationships for increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Highlight hotel benefits to secure sales opportunities.
  • Conduct local visits to promote the hotel.
  • Participate in trade shows.
  • Adhere to sustainability guidelines under HHM's EarthView program.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Position Requirements

  • Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Proven sales track record and hospitality sales experience.

Work Environment and Context

  • Varied work schedule with occasional holiday and weekend shifts.
  • Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, and travel between hotel and client locations.
