Job Title: Senior Wholesale Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Wholesale Operations Manager to join our team at Playa Society. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wholesale business, including supply chain management, inventory control, and vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage wholesale operations, including order processing, inventory management, shipping logistics, and invoicing.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and forecasting with minimum discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective strategies to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Generate reports and provide analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of experience in omni-channel apparel operations.
  • Entrepreneurial, accountable, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, customer-centric, strategic, and analytical.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and Shopify.
  • Licensing management experience a plus.
  • Experience developing standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
