Position Overview:

  • Property Accounting team at FCOE seeks a skilled Accountant I to manage tasks related to new construction projects.
  • Collaborate with Development, Engineering & Construction, Project Controlling, and Tax teams to ensure accurate accounting treatment and policy compliance.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet FCOE accounting close deadlines.
  • Provide timely and reliable customer support, both internally and externally.
  • Prepare and deliver management reports, monthend journal entries, and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct additional research projects and due diligence as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate financial reports in compliance with GAAP to accurately reflect the company's financial status.
  • Maintain accounting integrity through internal controls implementation.
  • Independently prepare schedules and journal entries.
  • Stay updated on GAAP, SEC regulations, and company policies.
  • Fulfill other jobrelated duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
