Receptionist - Bilingual (French/English)

The Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and transferring them to the appropriate area while also performing any administrative support that is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers incoming calls and directs them to appropriate destination
- Performs additional project work as assigned by management
- Regular attendance as required
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be business fluent in French and English
Qualifications
Experience:
- Experience with a multiline phone system
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good telephone skills
- Well organized
- Cooperative and willing to work with others
- Customer friendly attitude
