Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to act as the frontline contact for our florists. The successful candidate will be fluent in French and English, with strong written and oral communication skills. The role involves processing customer requests, answering calls, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer requests, including billing calls and confirming floral orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service, reinforcing Teleflora's commitment to superior service
  • Assist customers with their questions, requests, and problems
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to make decisions with little direction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 1-2 years Customer Service/Call Center experience
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to speak clearly in a well-modulated voice using good diction
  • Typing 25 WPM/ net minimum
  • Knowledgeable in basic computer skills

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to work extended hours (overtime as requested) to meet company deadlines
