Founded in 1980, the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) is a dedicated non-profit organization with multiple locations, employing over 700 professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient care to the community in the Merrimack Valley.
Recognized nationally for excellence in community health services, including family medicine, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics, GLFHC operates various clinical sites and supports the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program.
GLFHC is currently in search of a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Support Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manages all incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Directs inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinates appointment scheduling and confirms details such as date, time, location, and healthcare provider.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date demographic information.
- Facilitates requests for changes in primary care providers or transfers of care.
- Sends notifications for late arrivals and adheres to cancellation and rescheduling protocols.
- Assists in onboarding, training, quality assurance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
