About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will work in a fast-paced environment and play a crucial role in helping the company meet and exceed revenue goals by generating a high volume of sales opportunities.
You will be responsible for building targeted prospecting lists, making connections with key decision-makers in our target industries, and partnering with sales to drive revenue. This role is an excellent opportunity to jumpstart a career in sales as we continue to expand our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop warmer leads from trade shows/webinars and cold leads to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales plans
- Master the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our business texting platform
- Align our solutions with prospect business objectives and needs
- Collaborate with sales reps to schedule meetings and demos with prospects
- Work with leadership to identify and progress towards career advancement goals
