You will lead Journee's Marketing department and oversee a Marketing Manager. Here's a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: You will develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the company's goals, set objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct market research and analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
- Thought Leadership: You will create Thought Leadership initiatives to position Journee as a leader in our industry through insightful and impactful Thought Leadership content.
- Leadership: You will be responsible for leading, guiding, coaching, and supervising a Marketing Manager, as well as managing external service providers such as agencies and freelancers.
- Brand Management: You will establish and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all platforms, oversee the development and execution of branding campaigns, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all communications and marketing materials.
- Content Creation: You will oversee and collaborate with a Marketing Manager to develop high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and business objectives. Additionally, you will develop and execute product marketing strategies to support product launches and ongoing product promotion.
- Social Media Management: You will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will manage and grow our social media presence across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, social media,and product marketing.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
