Job Description

Responsibilities :

Facilitates various technical and non-technical training to associates and business partners with diverse job functions and varied technical background and expertise
Supports logistics and facilitation of training sessions to the business.
Collaborates with other team members in the development of new training offerings and materials and in the maintenance and enhancement of existing materials
Performs administrative and logistical tasks related to training, including preparation and distribution of materials, scheduling and communication of sessions, preparing physical and virtual classrooms for training, maintaining the Learning Management System and all requests for training from the business.
Participates in the development of communication, strategies for training and for the training support and development for the organization.
Designs and conduct training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of employees.
Utilize learning strategies, methodologies and learning styles throughout all training tasks, materials and sessions.
Monitor training effectiveness to ensure taught skills and behaviors are embedded ensuring effectiveness.
Provide and maintain training metrics and data for the business.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required. Degree program or professional certification in Education, Communication, Training, or a related field is beneficial.
Strong written and excellent oral communication skills; excellent organizational skills
Strong computer skills necessary, including Microsoft Windows and Office applications
Ability to independently manage multiple tasks/assignments, meet deadlines and act with the flexibility and initiative to thrive in a dynamic environment of rapidly changing needs
Ability to effectively interact and develop constructive and cooperative relationships with subject matter experts and other business partners
Experience with learning management systems.
Strong knowledge in learning principles, methodologies and the Kirkpatrick levels of assessments.
