Role Overview: As a Senior Editor at Lemonlight, you will play a pivotal role in the post-production process, leveraging your advanced editing skills and creative acumen to produce visually stunning and engaging marketing videos. Your expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and AI tools will be essential in delivering commercial content under strict timelines while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Creative Editing:

  • Utilize raw footage and provided assets to produce visually appealing and engaging marketing videos that align with client requirements and creative direction.
  • Ensure all videos meet Lemonlight's quality standards and brand guidelines, delivering polished, error-free content.
  • Actively solicit and incorporate feedback from clients, project managers, and creative producers to enhance the quality and impact of the videos.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest editing software, technologies, and techniques to continuously innovate and deliver cutting-edge video content.

Project Management:

  • Proactively manage time, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with the production team and project managers to ensure alignment with project scopes and objectives.
  • Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any challenges or obstacles that may arise.
  • Keep project files and media assets organized and properly labeled to facilitate smooth collaboration and handovers within the Post Team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or related field.
  • Proven experience delivering commercial content under strict timelines.
  • Advanced proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and techniques to enhance editing efficiency.
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to translate client requirements into visually compelling storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
