What We Need:

Partnered closely with the broader HR team, you will work on one of the most important initiatives across the agency - engaging and attracting talent to The Lacek Group. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will focus on building and growing a prospective community of talent for our agency. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand success criteria for each opening, research talent for active roles, pipeline for new business wins and future needs, and be a Lacek Group ambassador within the industry. You'll strive to understand our candidates' strengths and how we can learn from their perspectives and experience; partner with various external industry groups, universities, professional networks, and more. And of course, you'll know what's happening in the market by researching and reporting on talent trends to our HR and hiring teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive recruiting initiatives such as posting positions, sourcing, phone screening, and moving candidates along the recruiting process via a variety of tools including Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and additional outside resources
  • Identify and engage with talent through social media, job boards, referrals and networking, with a focus on our DEI commitments
  • Strategically produce candidates through all means necessary. Must be comfortable with all aspects of recruiting with strong communication skills both verbally and written, to properly engage candidates
  • Be a Lacek culture ambassador creating a positive inclusive experience at all touchpoints in the initial attraction and overall interview process
  • Build relationships and introduce The Lacek Group to passive candidates, while building pipelines of talent for the business
  • Support hiring execution by administering reference checks, position correspondence and approval workflow
  • Monitor industry press and stay up to date with high-profile talent moves
  • Report on talent research and trends to the HR and hiring teams based on your conversations and research
  • Develop and present market mapping of competitive organizations for outreach
  • Manage social networking activity related to recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Work with our HR team, as well as the TA community of our parent company, Ogilvy, to build inclusive employer branding campaigns highlighting our work, people, and culture
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-3 years sourcing experience from an Advertising, Marketing or Consulting background - strongly preferred from an agency setting
  • Previous experience gained in a recruitment role either in-house, search or staffing agency
  • Strong communication skills to speak with all levels of candidates, entry to senior-level, from different backgrounds and disciplines
  • Savviness in leveraging social media to attract talent
