Who we're looking for

Toyota's Demand & Supply Management (DSM) Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Digital Transformation Technical Senior Analyst.

The main responsibilities of this role are to support, design, and co-create multiple projects within the Supply Chain & Fulfillment Transformation program to modernize our end-to-end supply chain operations, as well as working to proactively identify areas of opportunity to better support our customers and stakeholders.

Reporting to the DSM Digital Transformation Product Manager, the person in this highly visible role will work across multiple departments to support the department's objective to transform supply and fulfillment operations and optimize TMNA Sales & Production Planning.

What you'll be doing

Support the development and delivery of multiple digital transformation projects to transform the current Supply & Fulfillment operations - such projects include cross-sourcing data and developing ML/AI to provide $Multi-M valueUtilize business acumen and data analytics to ensure the projects deliver value for customers and stakeholdersWork cross-functionally with other TMNA departments to ensure products align with enterprise strategyLeverage new technologies to improve analytical capabilities to support operations
What you bring

Bachelor's degree or higher or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience in data analyticsExperience performing data analysis, manipulation and transformation, and presenting/visualizing to internal and/or external customersExperience developing queries in SQL to extract, combine, and transform dataExperience with visualization platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker or QlikviewExperience working on large, cross-functional projectsExcellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientationExperience leveraging technology to automate and enhance business processesExperience translating complex technical details to non-technical business users

Experience using DatabricksWorking knowledge of statistics and statistical models/methodsCloud experience, such as AWS (S3, SageMaker), Azure or similarSupply Chain Management experienceExperience managing codebase in GitExperience developing Machine Learning models and optimizationsExperience working in the automotive industryExperience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
