Responsibilities- Identify and resolve errors in billing operations and other related issues.
- Collaborate with vendors, TD SYNNEX stakeholders, and cloud team members to understand and meet business requirements.
- Document all processes using company tools, in collaboration with the offshore team.
- Develop and create analytical reports
- Ensure compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Create, maintain, and optimize cost optimization tools within an Excel environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- English proficiency, both in speaking and writing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analyze complex data.
- An out-of-the-box thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Capable of working independently and taking responsibility for individual tasks. - Comfortable working in an international, results-driven project organization.
- Basic knowledge of the IT Software/Services/SaaS industry and its market advantages (desired).
- Professional remote environment
