Role Summary

As the Administrative Assistant (GPPA), you will provide administrative support to the Global Market PPA Lead and the Worldwide Operations Lead. You will help coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and expense reports; manage team calendars; support vendor contracting and management; and undertake other administrative tasks as directed. You will support other groups within GPPA when needed.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and handle logistics for virtual and in-person events.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, visa applications, and expense reimbursements for the Global Markets PPA Lead and the Worldwide Operations Lead.
  • Maintain and update project management documentation.
  • Draft vendor service agreements, create purchase orders, and facilitate vendor credentialing in line with Pfizer policies.
  • Collaborate with other administrative assistants and Pfizer colleagues to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Global Markets PPA Lead and the Worldwide Operations Lead.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience with relevant experience in project management, operations and technical systems described above. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with Concur, Ariba and other Pfizer systems and tools preferred.
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Comfortable working with tight deadlines.
  • Self motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
  • Candidate should have a high level of integrity and discretion, including the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and respect.

Work Location Assignment: On Premise

The salary for this position ranges from $34.71 to $60.85 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company's policies.
