This position requires someone well-connected in the agricultural industry and highly regarded as an expert in their field.?

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your expertise in ag retail sales to identify and convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Leverage your existing network of contacts to expand our customer base and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to set and achieve sales targets while providing outstanding customer support.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for building soil health and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
  • Work independently and remotely from home, staying motivated and proactive in driving sales efforts.
  • Travel to visit customers in the field throughout the growing season to offer personalized support and insights.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in ag retail sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • A well-established network of contacts within the agricultural industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, managing time efficiently.
  • Extensive knowledge of agricultural products, practices, and trends.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as needed.
