Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in ag retail sales to identify and convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Leverage your existing network of contacts to expand our customer base and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the team to set and achieve sales targets while providing outstanding customer support.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for building soil health and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
- Work independently and remotely from home, staying motivated and proactive in driving sales efforts.
- Travel to visit customers in the field throughout the growing season to offer personalized support and insights.
- Proven track record in ag retail sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- A well-established network of contacts within the agricultural industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, managing time efficiently.
- Extensive knowledge of agricultural products, practices, and trends.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region as needed.
