WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
As General Sales Manager of our Atlanta region, you will lead and manage a sales team including Directors of Sales, Account Directors, and Account Executives and ensure all team efforts lead to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales goals.
HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

  • Responsible for achieving sales revenue targets in the Atlanta region
  • Collaborate with Directors of Sales to forecast revenue, capture opportunities, and report on performance
  • Serve as the Atlanta office leader, fostering a culture aligned with Ampersand's values
  • Attend agency and industry events as a senior member of Ampersand's local sales leadership team
  • Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with agencies and clients
  • Identify staffing needs, balance workloads, and ensure excellent customer service
  • Motivate teams to adapt to future of advertising sales by leveraging Ampersand's unique cross screen data and capabilities
