Dignity Health Medical Foundation established in 1993 is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation with care centers throughout California. Dignity Health Medical Foundation is an affiliate of Dignity Health - one of the largest health systems in the nation - with hospitals and care centers in California Arizona and Nevada. Today Dignity Health Medical Foundation works hand-in-hand with physicians and providers throughout California to provide comprehensive health care services to the many communities we serve. As Dignity Health Medical Foundation continues to grow and establish new premier care centers we provide increasing support and investment in the latest technologies finest physicians and state-of-the-art medical facilities. We strive to create purposeful work settings where staff can provide great care while advancing in knowledge and experience through challenging work assignments and stimulating relationships. Our staff is well-trained and highly skilled qualities that are vital to maintaining excellence in care and service. Mercy Imaging Centers a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation provides cutting-edge diagnostic imaging services at 16 locations in the greater Sacramento and Woodland areas. Our team of 160 staff members work with our specialty trained and board certified radiologists to provide high quality care to our patients. The locations perform more than exams annually with the goal of providing top quality imaging compassionate care and timely service with a smile.
Responsibilities
Under general direction performs secretarial and administrative assignments of a confidential nature. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: This position requires continuous use of technical and business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of organization operations procedures and staff. Regularly coordinates meetings and makes travel arrangements. Within guidelines makes independent decisions regarding planning organizing and scheduling work. Uses various PC software packages such a spreadsheets word process graphics access etc. to produce high quality reports presentations or other documents. Must be able to navigate internal systems and procedures to accomplish non-routine tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- Requires a high school education or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Typically supports Director-level management.Basic mathematical skills. Advanced computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required.
Pay Range
$ $28.48 /hour
