Duties

Plan and coordinate efforts to integrate and synchronize the Resilience program efforts within the broader Warrior Resilience and Fitness (WRF) policy objectives. Oversee the implementation of training, budgeting, and program assessment across the Army National Guard and the Master Resilience training center. Manage, oversee, and coordinate the Resilience and Master Resilience Training Program, including justification of new requirements, budgeting and funding allocation, documentation, and utilization of program resources. Provide overall program oversight for both the National Guard Bureau and the Master Resilience Training (MRT) Schoolhouse.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes implementing and executing the Resilience and Master Resilience Training program in such areas as planning, programing, and budgeting regulations, guidelines, and processes; preparing and delivering presentations, staff actions, and/or briefings in a variety of forms to decision makers; performing in a leadership role by planning work for the program team; setting priorities, and/or establishing schedules; analyzing force structure for training and readiness in support of the Master Resilience Training Program; developing policies and programs that meet operational needs with Resilience and Master Resilience Training in mind.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
