In-Home Sales Consultant (Window Treatments) in Raleigh, NC- Seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant specializing in custom window treatments for high-end residential and commercial clients in Raleigh, NC.- Responsibilities include showcasing, advising, and selling window coverings, with travel to clients' locations in the Triangle area.- Tasks involve establishing connections, measuring windows, demonstrating products, offering recommendations, assisting with product selection, and creating and delivering proposals.- Receive leads from company marketing efforts and self-generate additional leads for optimal performance.- Design knowledge in both hard and soft window coverings is advantageous, along with keen attention to detail.- Must possess a reliable vehicle for transportation, with a provided gas stipend.- Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday showroom coverage (10 am - 3 pm).- Warm leads provided, no cold calling required.

Encouraged to cultivate personal relationships for enhanced performance.- Company protects personal leads to reward individual efforts.

Showroom coordinator supports the design team by pre-qualifying incoming leads.- Ideal candidates possess a blend of construction, DIY, and sales skills, embodying a culture of optimism, creativity, and dedication.- Small business committed to timeliness, professionalism, and attention to detail.

  • Complete 1 to 4 in-home consultations each day
  • 1-2 rotating Saturday shifts required in showroom per month. Hours are 10:00am-3:00pm for showroom shifts.
  • Offer exceptional customer service and expert design advice
  • Professionally measure windows for custom solutions
  • Quote over multiple platforms and use CRM to complete and present digital proposals
  • Accurately reports job details to our installation team
  • Respond to emails and phone calls promptly, document sales communications
  • Follow up on all leads and pending sales to closure
  • Stay current on custom window treatment trends and product changes, vendor training is provided
  • Self report individual performance metrics
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and periodic training- your voice matters here Qualifications:
  • 2 years of residential sales experience in similar industry
  • Clean driving and personal record
  • Excellent written correspondence skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Must be able to climb stairs and lift 20lbs
  • Ability to measure overhead
  • Comfortability on a ladder up to 6 feet
  • Honest, Respectful, and Service Oriented Not required, but nice to have:
  • Experience with window coverings or general construction is a plus
  • Previous experience with invoicing
  • Experience with a CRM is strongly preferred Compensation: $ $200000 yearly
