Description:Manages Leaders performing technical operations for server/storage, data center, database, desktop support, helpdesk, and the virtual desktop development. the Technical Director will provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the enterprise's data center, server infrastructure, services, virtual environments 9including virtual desktops) and database management, The role is pivotal in ensuring the availability, reliability and security of critical technology systems that support the organization's clinical, administrative, and operational functions. The position requires hybrid work arrangement, balancing remote work with necessary onsite presence to effectively manage and support the IT operations, Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Qualifications:Bachelors Degree.
At least 15 years' experience in a role leading a technology team, with project management skills, tools and processes. Experience interfacing with, and presenting, to Senior Leaders/Executives. Experience developing metrics & KPI's. Experience leading cross-functional teams (including those that may not be direct reports). Experience coaching/mentoring less experienced employees. Prefer experience with Management Information Systems, Training Program Management, Process Management and experience working with organizational change initiatives, or implementation of enterprise level processes.
