Here's what we're looking for:
- Clean driving record.
- Some technology/mechanical ability, able to use reason and logic to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Familiarity with hand tools, lawn mower, snow blower, vacuum cleaner, etc.
- Cleaning and some maintenance experience preferred but not required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outside year-round.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Cleaning responsibilities include litter removal, emptying trash receptacles, snow removal, sweeping and mopping, trash removal, pressure washing, and power sweeping.
- Light maintenance including painting; basic repairs including asphalt, broken gate arms; landscaping (mowing/weeding); and installation of signage.
- Customer service and support responsibilities include testing equipment, conducting lot audits and vehicle inventories, issuing parking citations, responding to customer questions, and safely dealing with loiterers.
