Join us as a Retail Sales Specialist for our Samsung appliances department at Best Buy. Your main role will involve working across various Best Buy locations in a designated service area. During your visits to these locations, your primary focus will be on conducting employee training and ensuring merchandising standards are maintained. By becoming an expert on Samsung products, you will assist team members in guiding customers to create cleaner, sleeker, and more convenient homes.
What you'll do- Act as a brand advocate for Samsung major appliance products in select Best Buy locations by training store employees and supporting direct customer engagement
- Visit all stores in your respective area on a regular basis
- Achieve key performance indicator (KPI) goals
- Supervise merchandising standards for connected car displays
- Travel overnight up to twice a month
- Participate in off-site multi-day training twice a year
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Prior retail experience
- Background in the consumer electronics industry
- Access to a vehicle to travel to all assigned store locations
- Strong sales acumen
- Excellent presentation skills and group training experience
