Position Title:
Sales Associate, North American Retail

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, contributing to both store and individual sales objectives. The ideal candidate will utilize their sales expertise to:

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing operational tasks efficiently, including maintaining store standards for sales floor and backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising.
  • Developing personal sales strategies and fostering customer relationships in collaboration with the management team.
  • Driving business through client engagement, sourcing new customers, and nurturing ongoing loyalty.
  • Processing shipments and replenishing inventory as necessary.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention protocols.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:
Applicants should be able to:

  • Execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adapt to the physical demands of the role, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Availability:
Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience:
A minimum of 1-3 years of retail experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
