Position Title:
Sales Associate, North American Retail

Primary Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate, you will enhance the customer experience to help achieve both store and individual sales objectives. The ideal candidate will utilize their sales expertise to:

  • Exhibit key competencies with a focus on Drive for Results and Customer Focus.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and adaptability to changing business needs.

  • Stay informed about market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.

Additionally, you will:

  • Complete operational tasks promptly, including maintaining the sales floor, cash wrap, and visual merchandising according to brand standards.
  • Create personalized sales and clientele strategies in collaboration with management.
  • Drive business through effective client engagement, sourcing new customers, and nurturing ongoing relationships.
  • Process shipments and replenish inventory as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements:
Applicants must be able to:

  • Execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Navigate the sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
  • Lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Meet flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience:
1-3 years of retail experience is preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
