Job Overview:

The Client and Government Reporting team is comprised of Cost Basis and tax reporting functionalities. The tax reporting component ensures that all Internal Revenue Service (IRS) client tax reporting forms are issued and mailed in an accurate and timely manner. The cost basis component is responsible for the receipt, maintenance, and delivery of tax lots used to calculate cost basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle escalations by both Case Management and specialized teams via the department mailbox.
  • Developing quality service standards and processes to create a consistent service experience.
  • Responsible for daily quality control, managing error rates, exception review processing and daily reporting.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the department with responsibilities including but not limited to re-allocating workloads for onshore and offshore teams, evaluating volumes, assessing productivity, ensuring SLAs are met and providing daily/weekly metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of industry experience in broker dealer operations (Tax and/or Cost basis experience is a plus)
  • SIE and Series 99 required or must be willing to obtain within 90 days.

Pay Range:

$22.18-$36.96/hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
