Risk Management Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our Governance & Reporting team within the Digital, Data, & Operations (DDO) organization at Edward Jones. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors and working in partnership with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Integration: Collaborate with ERM leadership to implement and refine the ERM Framework foundations and programs within the DDO organization.
- Implement and Maintain Risk Governance Framework: Establish a DDO Risk Governance Committee and develop supporting processes to create alignment, transparency, and visibility into DDO's top risks and their mitigation plans.
- Deliver Insightful Risk Reporting: Develop and deliver actionable risk reporting for each division - Data, Digital, and Ops - and the DDO organization, identifying and escalating emerging risk concerns to DDO leadership.
- Manage GRC Tool Implementation: Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of the GRC Tool for the DDO organization.
- Team Leadership: Manage a highly effective team by coaching, mentoring, and providing regular feedback through performance reviews.
- Annual Team Business Plan: Develop and maintain an annual team business plan.
- Provide Leadership Recommendations: Offer recommendations to leadership for enhancements to overall DDO risk execution and ERM Framework foundations and programs.
- Identify Risk Management Opportunities: Identify areas of opportunity to increase DDO risk management acumen and understanding of ERM Framework foundations and programs.
- Assist Business Owners: Ensure policies, standards, and procedures are consistent with ERM Framework foundations and programs.
- Support Risk Data Integrity: Assist other DDO Risk teams with troubleshooting discrepancies relating to the integrity, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of risk data.
- Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on financial services industry and risk industry educational/development opportunities.
- Facilitate Risk Discussions: Facilitate risk discussions with various stakeholders of all levels within the organization.
- Special Projects: Engage in special projects aimed at mitigating high-priority risks, as requested by DDO Risk leadership.
