ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Acts as the main liaison between the casino and valued guests, providing personalized service and ensuring their needs and preferences are met during their visits.
Addresses any concerns or issues raised by valued guests promptly and effectively.
Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with valued guests, fostering loyalty and maximizing their lifetime value to the casino.
Collaborates with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for attracting and retaining valued guests.
Identifies potential valued guests and works to develop them into loyal, high-value players through personalized attention and incentives.
Coordinates with other casino departments to ensure a seamless delivery of services to valued guests.
Handles sensitive guest information with discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Implements strategies to increase revenue from valued guests, including identifying upselling opportunities, promoting special events, and maximizing guest spend.
Enhances guest loyalty and encourages repeat visits from valued guests through loyalty programs, exclusive perks, and personalized incentives.
Manages valued player accounts, comps based on recorded play, earned points, comp availability and customer profitability.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

REQUIREDHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent

Associates degree in hospitality or related field.
Two years of experience as a casino host
Four years of experience in gaming with an emphasis in customer service
PREFERREDSales experience Additional education/experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of the position. Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIA license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
