About the Job:
The Technical Project Manager will oversee the delivery of complex projects in the financial technology industry for Zone & Co. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, leveraging deep understanding of the fintech sector and proven project management expertise. The Technical Project Manager will be accountable for project leadership, driving goals,initial product setup, and ensuring successful outcomes while interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS-based fintech projects within the professional services domain.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive and high-quality project documentation.
  • Provide training and support to clients and internal teams for successful solution adoption.
  • Initiate and maintain implementation plans, performing ongoing project assessments.
  • Prepare issue analysis, status updates, and special reporting for the project team and clients.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality progress reports, proposals, and presentations to various audiences.
  • Manage team resources and resolve conflicts within the project scope.
  • Maintain proactive communication for client problem identification and resolution, contributing to internal improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Preferred PMP certification or equivalent
  • 3+ years of project management experience in fintech, including resource allocation
  • Thorough understanding of fintech software and SaaS solutions
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex concepts
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail
  • Effective leadership and team management skills, inspiring cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of SaaS-based fintech solutions and industry best practices
  • Familiarity with Waterfall Methodology and Agile principles
  • Effective management of scope, budget, resources, and customer satisfaction
  • Experience overseeing risk management and software implementation
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM applications like NetSuite
  • Understanding of change management processes
