Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee extensive GPU cluster deployments in data center colocation facilities nationwide.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Center engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless infrastructure deployment.
  • Drive multiple concurrent projects, evaluating risks and tracking progress.
  • Proactively manage dependencies and resolve execution challenges.
  • Engage with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure alignment on project goals, testing, and timely delivery.
  • Communicate progress and status updates effectively to internal stakeholders and customer groups across various time zones.
  • Address technical and scheduling issues through interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster strong partnerships within Lambda, leveraging your credibility and technical expertise to enhance processes and efficiencies.
  • Contribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities while expanding existing ones.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management within complex product development environments.
  • Proficient in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • A solid technical foundation, demonstrated through an Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to structure messages for diverse audiences.
  • Adept at leading by influence and setting a positive example.
  • Familiarity with various project management tools.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing clarity where necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware sectors.
  • Proven success in a manufacturing environment involving complex systems integration.
  • Experience managing large-scale distributed data center operations.
Compensation Information

The salary range for this position is between $135,000 and $195,000, based on market data and other relevant factors. A salary outside this range may be considered for candidates with significantly different qualifications.
