As a Technical Project Coordinator, your mission will be to uncover the underlying reasons behind client concerns and swiftly identify effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects effectively, including new orders and modifications, while assessing risks and maintaining proactive communication with clients.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients and team members, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Oversee the implementation of VoIP, co-location, and circuit projects, managing schedules, scopes, and budgets.
  • Handle requests for service configurations, modifications, and disconnections in accordance with best practices.
  • Enhance your knowledge of Verve technology solutions and project management methodologies through ongoing training.
  • Continuously improve quality management processes to meet customer expectations.
  • Conduct consultative services for clients regarding their service needs, including voice and internet requirements.
  • Track project statuses using project management tools and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to prepare network hardware for installation.
  • Travel to client locations for hardware installations as necessary.
  • Support service teams with client needs, including hardware replacements and technical assistance.
  • Assist in managing internal projects as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical and process documentation.
  • Execute special assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Adapt to changing duties as needed while upholding company values.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated integrity in interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with technology, networking, and VoIP is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage small to medium-sized projects successfully.
Preferred Certifications
  • CompTIA A+
  • CompTIA Network+
  • ICND1, ICND2, or CCNA
