What you will do:

  • Collaborate with our People leaders to address tasks related to performance management, development, and compliance with directives and local laws
  • Keep our leaders informed about People priorities through a monthly update
  • Efficiently oversee People data and ensure accurate maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis and audits
  • Coordinate internal relocation requests
  • Provide assistance with background and drug check requests
  • Contribute to job mapping and job title reviews
  • Participate in People function projects

The skills you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR-related internship experience is acceptable
  • Strong desire to collaborate with a high-performing HR team
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and the ability to generate standard and custom reports
  • Possess a strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated stakeholder and relationship management
  • Passionate about enhancing the employee experience
