SLX Holdings LLC is seeking a skilled Flexology Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

• Deliver high-quality stretching sessions to clients, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
• Encourage and motivate clients to achieve their stretching goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and retention.
• Manage client care by delivering exceptional service, updating client notes, and booking recurring appointments.
• Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to company policies and safety rules.
• Attend staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
• Handle client concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed.
• Maintain a strong online presence to promote client membership and retention.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use.

• Passion for boutique fitness and a love of stretching, mobility, and flexibility.
• Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor.
• Experience working in a fitness/health environment, providing hands-on training to clients.
• Fitness certification required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional work ethic.
• Availability to complete our 2-day Flexology Training Program, which includes online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training.

Flexology Specialists can earn between $22 and $25 an hour when stretching members. When not stretching, they can gain extra hours supporting the studio between $10 an hour.
