We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist at Vaco
Vaco is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a direct hire position, with a hybrid work model of two days per week onsite in downtown San Diego.
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing all activities in the accounts payable function. This includes ensuring timely payments of vendor invoices and check requests, as well as maintaining accurate records and control reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate positive and engaging customer service in all interactions
- Manage vendor files and AP emails
- Communicate with vendors and address inquiries
- Review and validate invoices and check requests
- Organize, categorize, and match invoices
- Input and upload invoices into the system
- Validate vendor accounts, process payments, and resolve any discrepancies
