Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Content Creator to join our team in the Miami, FL area.

*Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *

  • Responsible for collaborating with Systems and Software Engineers and SMEs in the development of training content, such as audio recordings, videos, interactive training systems, learning management system modules, AR/VR environments, and other emerging technologies
  • Consults with Trainers and subject matter experts to determine instructional requirements, collect data, create content design proposals, and develop Implementation Plans and effective solutions
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to produce media that supports instructional goals and objectives
  • Lead the use of a variety of educational technologies to create synchronous, asynchronous, and self-service teaching and learning experiences
  • Supervises and mentors subordinate staff, including Graphic Designers and A/V Specialists

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Two or more (2+) years of related experience
  • If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required
  • If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing instructional materials for DoD or IC.

  • This position requires an active secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
