Responsibilities:
? Strong understanding of carrier payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of
tasks related to carrier invoices and payments. Demonstrates ability to provide guidance or
training to another employee.
? Suggests or may adapt procedures, processes or tools within scope of position.
? May assist in orienting and training lower-level employees.
? Completes higher volume of tasks and demonstrates ability to navigate complex processes.
? Able to determine when to escalate issues vs. figure out themselves.
? Identifies, tests, and implements process improvement opportunities.
