Pension Associates Retirement Planning, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and process accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial reporting.
- Issue invoices to customers and collect payments, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Calculate and process employee pay, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a well-organized system of accounts, with a supporting filing system, to ensure easy access to financial information.
- Monitor cash levels, ensuring sufficient funds to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
